We are seeking a skilled Registered Radiologic Technologist to join our team of cardiologists in the Cath Lab, where you will play a vital role in preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and providing care in a sterile environment.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced cardiologists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition.
Responsibilities:
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and development.
- Maintains strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
- Participates in downtime activities, such as stocking rooms and checking equipment, as delegated by Charge person or manager.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a formal 24-month Radiologic Technology program or military equivalent.
- Eligibility or current registration with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
- Prior experience in procedural areas is preferred.
