Job Summary:
- Prepares equipment before and during cardiovascular procedures in a sterile environment.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment for cardiovascular procedures.
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff.
Requirements:
- Certification by American Registry of Radiologic Technologists or RCIS certification.
- Formal training in Radiologic Technology.
- Experience in cath lab settings.
