Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS Job Summary
We are seeking a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. This individual will prepare and operate advanced equipment to assist in cardiac procedures, ensuring excellent patient care and a sterile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition.
- Prepares, positions, and provides patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
Professional Practice:
- Serves as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Participates in the orientation of new staff.
- Maintains strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership.
Qualifications:
- Completion of 24 month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology.
- American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
Education:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program.
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program.
Experience:
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology Registered and/or RCIS.
- Cardiovascular (CV) or (CI) and/or (VI) certification preferred.
Benefits:
- $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
