Norman Regional Health System is seeking a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team. This role requires preparation of equipment and provision of patient care in a sterile environment during cardiovascular procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, and participate in the orientation of new staff.
- Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager.
- Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
Qualifications:
- Completion of formal Radiologic Technology training and certification.
- Possession of American Registry of Radiologic Technology eligible and/or current RCIS credentials.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
