Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist - RCIS Role
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist plays a crucial role in preparing and operating equipment during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient care and maintaining a sterile environment.
This position involves collaboration with a team of cardiologists and requires specific certifications in Radiologic Technology and cardiovascular care.
Responsibilities include serving as a preceptor for new staff, ongoing education and training in advanced life support, and participation in the orientation of new hires and radiology students.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a Cath Lab, be registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT), or hold Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Ongoing certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Life Support (ACLS) within six months of hire is also required.

Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred
- Registered as a Radiographer with the ARRT or Registration from the RCIS
- BLS certification
- ACLS certification within six months of hire
Compensation and Benefits
$27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience
