Responsibilities and Qualifications
As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist at Norman Regional Health System, your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures
- Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care
- Maintaining a sterile environment
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Maintaining professional working relationships with physicians and leadership
You will also need to meet the following qualifications:
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS
- Previous procedural area experience preferred
- American Registry of Radiologic Technology registration and/or RCIS, as well as Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
