We are seeking an experienced CV Rad Technologist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and maintaining equipment, ensuring sterile environments, and providing care during cardiovascular procedures. The role also includes mentoring new staff and maintaining relationships with medical professionals to enhance patient care.

The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications, a background in Radiologic Technology or a military equivalent, and previous experience in a procedural area. They must be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
• Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
• Maintain a sterile environment.

Professional Practice: Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager. Maintain strong professional working relationship with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
