The Norman Regional Health System is dedicated to providing exceptional cardiovascular care, and we are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Rad Technologist to join our team. As a member of our procedural imaging team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the advancement of our cardiovascular program.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Assess patient condition and provide appropriate care.
- Maintain a sterile environment throughout each procedure.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and training.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology.
- Certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training and ACLS certification within six months of hire.
- Prior experience working in a Cath Lab setting is preferred but not required.
