Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Cardiovascular Radiologic Technologist! As a member of our team, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, maintaining a sterile environment, and working closely with physicians and leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities
- Preparation of equipment and materials for procedures
- Establishment and maintenance of a sterile environment
- Identification and assessment of patient conditions
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Maintenance of strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, be eligible and/or current RCIS, and have previous procedural area experience preferred. Certification in radiologic technology and Basic Life Support (BLS) training are required. Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training must be achieved within six months of hire.
