Responsibilities
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care.
- Maintaining a sterile environment and adhering to strict protocols.
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation, and ensuring a smooth transition into the role.
- Utilizing downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and performing other delegated tasks as assigned by the Charge person or manager.
- Fostering strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to deliver outstanding patient care.
