Foster strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
**Qualifications and Education:**
Complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months. Achieve all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months. Hold a completion certificate from a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, eligible and/or current RCIS certification. Possess previous Procedural Area experience.
**Licensure and Certifications:**
American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) registration and/or RCIS certification. Cardiovascular (CV), Interventional Cardiology (CI), and/or Vascular Interventions (VI) certification preferred. Basic Life Support (BLS) training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care, and Current BLS certification must be maintained throughout employment. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment.
