About Norman Regional Health System:
We are a community hospital system nestled in the Southern border of the Oklahoma City metro area. Our innovative cardiovascular program is looking for caring and knowledgeable Registered Technologists to expand our team.
As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will work with a team of nine cardiologists and two electrophysiologists. Our Cardiovascular Program has achieved numerous accolades, including Chest Pain Center with PCI and Resuscitation Accreditation from the American College of Cardiology.
The successful candidate will possess a degree in Radiologic Technology, be registered with the ARRT, and hold current BLS certification. ACLS training is also required within six months of hire.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care
- Maintain a sterile environment at all times
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation
- Use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and performing other delegated tasks
- Maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care
Salary and Benefits:
- $27.84-$45.46/hour based on previous work experience
