We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team. This pivotal role requires collaboration with cardiologists, education of new hires, and adherence to stringent accreditation standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare equipment before and during procedures to ensure optimal performance.
• Conduct thorough patient assessments, providing personalized care and positioning for procedures.
• Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols to prevent infection.
• Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and training.
• Utilize downtime effectively by restocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks assigned by the Charge person or manager.
• Foster strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to deliver exceptional patient care.

Qualifications:

• Completion of a 24-month formal program in Radiologic Technology, accredited by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), with eligibility for RCIS registration.
• Previous procedural area experience is preferred.
• Certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) or RCIS is mandatory, along with Basic Life Support (BLS) training. Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification must be achieved within six months of hire and maintained throughout employment.

Benefits:

• $27.84-$45.46 per hour, based on prior work experience.
