About the Job: As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will be responsible for preparing and assisting during cardiovascular procedures, ensuring patient care and maintaining a sterile environment. This role requires collaboration with cardiologists and electrophysiologists, as well as serving as a preceptor for new hires.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifies and assesses patient condition.
- Prepares, positions, and provides patient care.
- Establishes and maintains a sterile environment.
Qualifications: A complete Cath Lab RT Orientation within 6 months is required. Additionally, completion of all competencies listed in department policy within 6 months is necessary. For this role, we require a formal program in Radiologic Technology or military program completion, along with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS registration.
