Norman Regional Health System is committed to providing exceptional patient care in our state-of-the-art facilities. We are seeking a skilled Rad Technologist to join our innovative cardiovascular program as a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist.
In this role, you will collaborate with a team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists to prepare equipment and ensure patient safety during procedures. Your expertise will be valued as you maintain a sterile environment and serve as a preceptor for new staff members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures
- Assess patient condition and prepare patients for care
- Maintain a sterile environment
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students
- Participate in the orientation of new staff
Requirements:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program
- Registered as a Radiographer with ARRT or RCIS registration from Cardiovascular Credentialing International
- Basic Life Support certification
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire
