This role requires a highly skilled Radiologic Technologist with experience in cath lab procedures. The ideal candidate will have relevant certifications, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities:- Prepare patients for procedures, including preparing and positioning them for imaging.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and support staff to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients and healthcare teams.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of excellence.
- Formal education in Radiologic Technology.
- Eligibility and/or current RCIS certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist.
- Experience in procedural areas, preferably in cardiovascular procedures.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training and ACLS training within 6 months of hire.
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
