Responsibilities
- Participate in the preparation and execution of complex cardiovascular procedures, collaborating with physicians and interventionalists to achieve optimal results.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, patients, and families, promoting open communication and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in cardiovascular technology and techniques, incorporating this knowledge into daily practice to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to optimize workflows and patient experiences.
Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or related field
- Current certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS)
- 1 year of experience working in a Cath Lab or similar setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
