Job Description
The Cath Lab Radiologic Technologist will play a critical role in our cardiovascular program, working closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care. This individual will be responsible for preparing equipment, positioning patients, and providing exceptional patient care during cardiovascular procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain equipment for cardiovascular procedures
- Position patients for optimal imaging and intervention
- Provide exceptional patient care and support during procedures
- Participate in the orientation and training of new staff members
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or RCIS certified
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within 6 months
