The ideal candidate will have experience in procedural areas and hold certifications such as ARRT or RCIS.
About the Job:
- Assess patient conditions and prepare them for diagnostic imaging procedures.
- Operate radiologic equipment to produce high-quality images.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with healthcare teams.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Participate in the orientation of new staff and serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks.
Qualifications:
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS.
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred.
- BLS certification required.
Compensation and Benefits:
- $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
