About the Role
As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist at Norman Regional Health System, you will play a vital part in the delivery of high-quality patient care. Your expertise in preparing equipment, identifying patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment will contribute significantly to the success of our cardiovascular program.
Responsibilities and Expectations
- Participate in the completion of Cath Lab RT Orientation within six months.
- Complete all competencies listed in department policy within six months.
- Possess a graduate degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or an accredited Cardiovascular Program.
- Demonstrate one year of experience working in a Cath Lab environment, although this is not mandatory.
- Hold registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Life Support certification obtained within six months of hire.
