Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, preparing and positioning patients for care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and establish professional practice standards.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in orientation and delegated tasks.
Requirements
- Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology.
- Eligibility for American Registry of Radiologic Technologist (ARRT) certification.
- Previous procedural area experience preferred.
