Your Key Responsibilities
- Equipment Management: Ensure that all medical equipment is properly prepared, maintained, and functioning optimally for cardiac procedures.
- Patient Assessment and Care: Identify and assess patient conditions, provide positioning and care, and establish a sterile environment for procedures.
- Preceptorship and Collaboration: Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development within the team.
- Time Management: Utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks.
- Professional Development: Maintain strong working relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure exceptional patient care.
