Responsibilities
As a Catheterization Laboratory Technologist, you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our cardiovascular program. Your responsibilities will include preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, and establishing and maintaining a sterile environment. You will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and training.
Additionally, you will use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks by the Charge person or manager. You will maintain strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate excellent patient care.
