Job Summary
Focused on direct customer service. Schedules 80-140 patients per day for 10 therapists ( PT/OT/SLP) in person and by phone using a computerized system. Will contact new patients to schedule appointments. Check in and register new patients. Scan and fax medical records into medical record and to physicians. Collects patient co-pays. Clerical support as assigned to include requisitions for supplies and interdepartmental communications. Supports both of our other outpatient clinics at Norman 9 and the Physical Performance Center.
Qualifications
EDUCATION: High School or equivalent GED. Familiar with a computer.
EXPERIENCE: Prefer 1 year of clerical experience in an office.
