Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care to surgical and nonsurgical patients.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to assess patient needs and develop effective care plans.
- Implement care strategies and prioritize tasks to ensure efficient delivery of care.
- Evaluate responses to interventions and adjust care plans as necessary.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing (ADN) required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Master's of Science in Nursing (MSN) preferred.
- Previous experience in the healthcare field is preferred.
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or retraining is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
