Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise and support to the unit(s)
- Serve as a department leader alongside and in the absence of the manager
- Assist in cost containment activities
- Responsible for continued department development through orientation and education
- Works with the manager to promote an engaged workforce
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Nursing required
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing preferred
- Three (3) years minimum experience in specialty area of assignment
- Previous supervisory/management experience preferred
