High-Quality Patient Care
The ICU RN will systematically assess and reassess the health care needs of individuals, involving patient, family, and other healthcare providers as necessary.
Analyze assessment data to determine nursing diagnoses and expected outcomes, incorporating current evidence-based practice, regulations, and policy.
Provide nursing care through interventions to achieve goals and needs using professional judgment guided by current evidence-based practice, regulations, and policy.
Evaluate patient outcomes by utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge to recognize problems, evaluate facts, and reach sound conclusions.
Essential Qualifications:
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Masters of Science in Nursing preferred
- Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license or active Multistate RN license
