Key Responsibilities
The CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for:
- Preparing equipment and providing patient care during cardiovascular procedures
- Maintaining a sterile environment and collaborating effectively with cardiologists and staff
- Completing orientation within six months and achieving relevant certifications
Essential Qualifications
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology, eligible and/or current RCIS certification
- Previous Procedural Area experience preferred
Advancing Your Career
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff
- Utilize downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and completing delegated tasks assigned by Charge person or manager
