Main Responsibilities
- Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring comfort and safety.
- Assess patient conditions, identifying potential risks and developing effective care plans.
- Maintain a sterile environment, adhering to strict protocols and guidelines.
- Collaborate with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to provide comprehensive patient care.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives, sharing your expertise and ideas.
Requirements
- Education in Radiologic Technology or Cardiovascular Technology.
- Registration with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Experience working in a Cath Lab or similar setting.
- Basic Life Support certification.
- Advanced Life Support certification within 6 months of hire.
