Requirements
The successful candidate will possess a strong understanding of radiologic technology principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and teamwork skills. A degree in Radiologic Technology or related field, ARRT registration, and current BLS certification are required. Previous experience working in a cath lab or similar setting is preferred.
As a Catheterization Laboratory CV Rad Tech, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing, positioning, and providing patient care.
- Maintaining a sterile environment.
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Participating in orientation of new staff.
