Job Summary
- We seek a skilled CV Rad Technologist to join our Cath Lab team, assisting with cardiovascular procedures while ensuring patient safety and a sterile environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare equipment for procedures and establish a sterile environment.
- Assess patient conditions, provide patient care, and position patients as needed.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, and participate in staff orientation.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with physicians and leadership to ensure excellent patient care.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience in a Cath Lab setting preferred.
- Registered Radiographer (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS) registration required.
- Basic Life Support certification required; Advanced Life Support within six months of hire.
