Role Summary
The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist plays a pivotal role in our team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care through preparation, maintenance, and utilization of equipment and resources.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Preparation and maintenance of equipment for cardiovascular procedures
- Accurate assessment and documentation of patient conditions
- Collaboration with cardiologists and electrophysiologists to optimize patient outcomes
- Maintenance of accurate records and adherence to departmental policies
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, applicants should possess:
- A degree from an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program
- Proven experience in procedural areas, preferably in a Cath Lab setting
- Active certification as a Radiologic Technologist or RCIS
- Ongoing BLS training and ACLS certification within 6 months
