As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will play a vital role in our cardiovascular program by preparing and operating medical equipment during procedures, ensuring patient care and maintaining a sterile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Assess patient condition and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment.
- Serve as preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- BLS and ACLS training required within 6 months of hire.
