Norman Regional Health System seeks a highly skilled Radiologic Technology professional to join our cardiovascular team as a Cardiovascular Imaging Specialist. This role requires the ability to prepare and operate equipment during cardiovascular procedures, ensure patient care, and maintain a sterile environment.

Responsibilities
• Prepares equipment before and during procedures
• Identifies and assesses patient condition, prepares, positions, and provides patient care
• Establishes and maintains a sterile environment
• Participates in preceptorship for new hires and radiology students, and contributes to the orientation of new staff
• Utilizes downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks
• Develops strong professional working relationships with physicians and leadership to facilitate exceptional patient care
Qualifications
• Completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification
• Previous Procedural Area experience preferred
• ARRT or RCIS registration
• BLS training and ACLS certification within 6 months of hire
