Diagnostic Imaging Expertise
We are seeking a highly skilled Diagnostic Imaging Professional to join our team at Norman Regional Health System. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and operating equipment during cardiovascular procedures.
The successful candidate will have strong teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cardiologists, maintain a sterile environment, and mentor new staff while ensuring compliance with various certifications and competencies. Additionally, they will be responsible for ongoing professional development and upholding healthcare standards in a state-of-the-art facility.
Responsibilities and Qualifications
- Prepare equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Establish and maintain a sterile environment.
- Participate in preceptorship programs and orient new staff.
- Maintain professional working relationships with physicians and leadership.
Education and Experience: A graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program is required, with one year of experience in a Cath Lab preferred. The successful candidate will also hold registration from the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
Benefits and Compensation
- $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
