Qualifications and Education
Candidates must possess a completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS. Previous procedural area experience is preferred. Certification in Radiologic Technology and ongoing training in Advanced Life Support are required.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or
- Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
