- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologists (ARRT)
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) certification within six months of hire
