Responsibilities
The CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for:
- Preparation and maintenance of equipment during cardiovascular procedures.
- Patient care, including preparation, positioning, and assessment.
- Collaboration with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure excellent patient outcomes.
- Educational responsibilities, including serving as a preceptor and contributing to departmental operational efficiency.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- BLS Certification.
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
