Required Qualifications:
Education: A degree from an accredited program in nutrition or a related field and registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics are required. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in nutrition science, including anatomy, physiology, and nutrition therapy. They should also have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience: Previous experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an acute care facility, is highly desirable.
Licensure/Certification: An Oklahoma State license and registration with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics are mandatory. The candidate should also obtain a food handler's permit from the Cleveland County Health department prior to starting work.
