Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring high standards of patient care through a strong commitment to clinical excellence
Professional and collaborative approach to results
Leads strategic planning efforts for the service line
Demonstrates personal and professional accountability and development
Qualifications
Proficiency in Microsoft office, business planning, strategic planning, evidence-based practice, budgeting, productivity required, thorough understanding of all healthcare regulatory and compliance measures related to medical surgical hospital based services.
Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to positively influence and effectively lead others.
Must be able to show a history of implementing successful quality improvement and efficiency improvement initiative.
Education
BSN required.
Master's Degree required or actively working on Master's Degree in a field relative to the position.
Experience
Five years’ experience in area of expertise including a minimum of 3 years’ experience in upper level management in a medium to large healthcare facility
Licensure / Certification
Current Oklahoma nursing license as a registered nurse
Compensation
46.35-$75.70 / hr based on previous work experience
