Your Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Preparing equipment before and during procedures.
- Assisting cardiologists and maintaining a sterile environment.
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students.
- Using downtime appropriately to stock rooms, check equipment, and complete delegated tasks.
Your Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A completion of 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS.
- Previous procedural area experience is preferred.
- Registration as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- BLS training or re-training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
