What are the responsibilities and job description for the Imaging Professional - Cath Lab position at Norman Regional Health System?
To be successful in this role, candidates should have a completion of a 24-month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification. Previous procedural area experience is preferred. Additionally, basic life support training is required during orientation prior to providing patient care, and advanced life support certification must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment.
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
