Responsibilities
Compensation and Benefits
- Pay rate: $27.84-$45.46 per hour, depending on experience.
- Evening differential: $2.50 per hour.
- Night differential: $3.00 per hour.
- Weekend differential: $3.00 per hour.

RN Essential Functions:
- Assessment and Reassessment: Systematically assess patient needs; involves patients, families, and healthcare providers as needed.
- Nursing Diagnosis and Outcomes: Analyze assessment to determine nursing diagnosis and expected outcomes, involving patients, families, and healthcare providers as appropriate.
- Implementation and Coordination of Care: Provide nursing care through interventions to achieve goals and needs using professional judgment guided by current evidence-based practice, regulations, and policy.
- Evaluation: Evaluate patient outcomes by utilizing critical thinking and evidence-based knowledge to recognize problems, evaluate facts, and reach sound conclusions.
- Evaluate discharge needs related to plan of care using available resources.

Qualifications
Education
- Diploma or Associate's degree in Nursing required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing or Master's of Science in Nursing preferred.
Experience
- Prior experience in the healthcare field preferred.
Licensure/Certification
- Oklahoma Registered Nurse license required.
- Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support training or retraining required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Maintain Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification throughout employment.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
- New graduates must complete Norman Regional's Nurse Residency Program.
