Responsibilities and Qualifications of the Cardiovascular Technologist
- Prepare equipment and maintain a sterile environment for procedures.
- Assess patient conditions and provide necessary care, positioning patients correctly.
- Serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in their orientation and training.
Required Qualifications and Experience
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- Registration as a Radiographer with ARRT or RCIS certification.
- Previous procedural area experience preferred.
Benefits and Compensation
- $27.84-$45.46/hour based on previous work experience.
