Job Description
As a Catheterization Laboratory Technician, your key responsibilities will include preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, preparing and positioning patients, and establishing and maintaining a sterile environment. You will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and use downtime effectively by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks.

Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must have a completion of 24 month formal program or military program of Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligible and/or current RCIS certification. Previous procedural area experience is preferred. Basic Life Support training is required during orientation, and Advanced Life Support certification must be achieved within 6 months of hire.
