As a Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist, you will work closely with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and positioning patients for cardiovascular procedures while maintaining a sterile environment.
- Assessing patient conditions and establishing professional relationships with physicians and leadership.
- Serving as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participating in the orientation of new staff.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist (ARRT) or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International (RCIS).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
Compensation and Benefits
- $27.84-$45.46/hr based on previous work experience.
