Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist Role

About the Position
This is a full-time position that requires the successful candidate to work collaboratively with the clinical team to deliver comprehensive cardiovascular services. The Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist will be responsible for preparing and operating medical equipment, providing patient care, and maintaining sterile environments during cardiovascular procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate medical equipment before and during procedures.
- Identify and assess patient condition, prepare, position, and provide patient care.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to departmental policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to ensure seamless delivery of patient care.
Required Qualifications
- Completion of a 24-month formal program or military program in Radiologic Technology with American Registry of Radiologic Technologist eligibility and/or current RCIS certification.
- Previous procedural area experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) training or re-training required during orientation prior to providing patient care.
- Advanced Life Support (ACLS) training must be achieved within 6 months of hire and maintained throughout employment.
