Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist Responsibilities
- Participates in the preparation and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Ensures a sterile environment and provides patient care.
- Collaborates with cardiologists and other healthcare professionals.
- Mentors new staff and participates in the orientation process.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or Cardiovascular Program.
- One year of experience working in a Cath Lab preferred.
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS.
- Basic Life Support.
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire.
