We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist to join our Cath Lab team, responsible for preparing and operating equipment during procedures while ensuring patient care and maintaining a sterile environment.
This role involves collaborating with cardiologists, completing essential training and certifications, and precepting new hires. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in radiologic technology, with a focus on cardiovascular care and adherence to professional standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and operate equipment during procedures
- Ensure patient care and maintain a sterile environment
- Collaborate with cardiologists and complete training and certifications
- Precept new hires and participate in their orientation
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Radiographic Program or
- Graduate of an accredited Cardiovascular Program
- One year of experience working in an Cath Lab preferred
- Registered as a Radiographer with the American Registry of Radiological Technologist - ARRT or
- Registration from the Cardiovascular Credentialing International – RCIS
- Basic Life Support
- Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire
