Norman Regional Health System is seeking a highly skilled Cath Lab CV Rad Technologist to join our team. As a Medical Imaging Professional, you will be responsible for preparing equipment, assessing patient conditions, and maintaining a sterile environment in our cardiovascular program. This role requires collaboration with a team of cardiologists and electrophysiologists, serving as a preceptor for new hires, and ensuring exceptional patient care.
This position involves preparing equipment before and during procedures, identifying and assessing patient condition, positioning and providing patient care, and maintaining a sterile environment. You will also serve as a preceptor for new hires and radiology students, participate in the orientation of new staff, and use downtime appropriately by stocking rooms, checking equipment, and other delegated tasks by Charge person or manager.
